Although this is not a personal blog, I thought I’d share with you a little about myself. That way, when you’re reading my posts, you aren’t picturing a british chef or a tanned health-ista from LA; I’m neither of these people!
My name is Emily. I live in a small city in Canada, and I am currently in high school. I love working out, living healthy, taking photos, and listening to music. I am vegetarian and Buddhist, and I have taken a peace vow. I live with my fantastic and loving parents and my beautiful doggy Kismet.
I want to become a nurse, and am planning to graduate a year early.
I decided to make this blog to expand my already limited food horizons. I am vegetarian, I despise milk, and I am a very very VERY picky eater. I have recently dived into the blogging world though, and the vast amounts of seemingly delicious recipes that I have found are very enticing. By researching and reviewing recipes, cookbooks, blogs, and more, I’m hoping to learn more about vegan and vegetarian cooking, and to show the people in my life that vegan food can actually taste good!
